This warranty applies to all products manufactured by DOTAMOS S.A.S., where the obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the product(s) or parts of defective products that are reported to DOTAMOS S.A.S., during the period of validity. of the guarantee, provided that, under the diagnosis of DOTAMOS S.A.S., it is verified that they present a manufacturing fault, taking into account that the term of the guarantee is counted from the day of delivery of the product to the client.
The guarantee will be immediately canceled in the following cases:
● Damage caused by sharp materials or animals
● Heat damage: hot glasses, hot liquids, hot objects, etc.
● Damage caused by erroneous cleaning processes by ignoring the recommendations of (washing, drying, ironing and use).
● Exposure to sun and water unless the fabric is designed for that use.
● When internal labels are removed or modified.
● When it is evident that the garment has been modified. It is essential to take into account the garment care instructions (washing, drying, ironing and use). The garments must not present changes or modifications of their natural state, to make the guarantee effective, nor must they be damaged by the client’s actions. The warranty covers only quality or suitability damage.
The period of validity of the guarantee, for the products marketed by the company DOTAMOS S.A.S., will be four (4) months, counted from the proof of delivery of the product.
For warranty service, the following must be taken into account:
● Contact your advisor or our customer service department at the email address serviciosalcliente@dotamossas.com, send us a photographic record, a sales invoice corresponding to the garments under warranty and provide us with a brief description of what happened.
● If the warranty service is within the metropolitan area, you can go to the following address Calle 81A No. 52 DD 11 in the municipality of Itagüí-Antioquia
Additionally, the guarantee process will have the following conditions:
● The consumer must send a letter addressed to DOTAMOS SAS, requesting the guarantee of the garment and, if applicable, specifying its details.
● It will be verified that the exchange products are in perfect condition, without showing any signs of use or wear. Neither must its original design have been washed or modified. Changes are only made on inventory garments.
● No changes of printed or embroidered garments are made.
● The customer service area of DOTAMOS S.A.S. will review the request, and if appropriate, will request the return of the product for review.
● Based on the analysis carried out, a formal response will be generated to the client, through which they will be informed if the warranty claim is appropriate or not.
● In the event that the guarantee proceeds, DOTAMOS S.A.S. will indicate the procedure to make it effective. In the event that the warranty claim is not appropriate, the customer will be explained the reasons why it will not be effective, returning the product(s) to the initial shipping address or to the address indicated by the customer.
● Once the product is received, DOTAMOS S.A.S will have a maximum term of 20 business days to provide you with a solution or response.
● Warranty procedures are free of charge for the customer.
● No changes are made on top of a previously made change.
In the event that DOTAMOS S.A.S. establishes that the product must be changed, the customer is contacted, through the information provided at the time of the claim,
so that the replacement of the product is agreed upon, which may be done as follows: (i) for a new product of the same features, subject to availability. (ii) for another reference of the same or higher value, as long as the client assumes the excellent price.
This Warranty policy is valid only in Colombian territory and may be modified or updated at any time by DOTAMOS S.A.S. complying with due information to consumers.

No person, firm or company is authorized to create DOTAMOS S.A.S., any other obligation or commitment in relation to its products.
DOTAMOS S.A.S declares that the favorable attention of a guarantee claim does not imply the recognition of any type of responsibility, nor does it give the right to demand compensation, fines, sanctions or any other type of right.
